What is your cancellation policy?
Moves canceled at least 7 days in advance are eligible for a full refund. Within 7 days of the scheduled service, there is a $50 cancellation fee, and within 24 hours, a $200 fee applies.
What are your hours of operation?
Customer Support is available Mon-Fri: 8am-5pm (ET).
Do you provide the moving truck?
No, the moving truck is not provided. These prices are for moving labor only.

Yes! After submitting your booking request you will receive their contact information directly. This will allow you to confirm the start time and other details of your move.
Are the movers insured?
Yes, moving companies that are listed with HireMovers.us are required to provide basic coverage for any damage to standard household items caused by them while on your move.
